A Homemade Vinaigrette
Reminder:
1)Make a small batch to see if you love this recipe! Make adjustments as you see fit!
2) Remember if you make a large batch, pull out from the fridge at least ten minutes before dressing the salad, to let the Olive oil come to room temperature.
Coconut Amino Vinaigrette
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Liquid Amino
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tb Lemon Juice
Blend in a blender; shake in a jar; whisk in a bowl.
Example salad: Leafy greens, hood strawberries, ground flax seeds, and pepitas.
Lemon Vinaigrette
1 Cup Avocado Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
2ea Medium Garlic Cloves minced (can use micro-plane)
Couple turns of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Blend and serve!
Example Salad: Cauliflower florets, parsley, scallions, sunflower seeds, and olives.
Sherry Vinaigrette
1 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Sherry Vinegar
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Dijon
1/2 tsp Salt
Blend and serve!
Example: Diced or slice cucumber, basil, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes (fresh if in season), red onion, and nut cheese.
