Why this recipe is so great:
Helps ween you off creamer (no extra sugar)
MCT oil is fantastic for brain function and weight management
Provides you with GOOD FAT
4 Cups Brewed Hot Coffee
1-2 Tablespoons MCT Oil (sub: coconut oil)
4 Tablespoons Grass-fed butter
1-2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (sub: pumpkin spice, cocoa powder, etc)
Blend for about a minute on high and Enjoy!
You can cut this recipe in half if you want to make it daily (I reheat mine with hot water).
A nice dollop on top of coconut whip is a nice special treat!
