Lets get a little nutty!
1 Cup Soaked Cashews (over night or at least 5-6 hours)
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1-2 Tb Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Bunch of Chives- sliced (can sub any fresh herbs)
1/8-1/4 Cup Nut Milk (sub: water)
2 Tb Lemon Juice + Zest from 1/2 Lemon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Strain cashews and place in food processor
Pulse into you reach a cornmeal consistency (think pie dough before you add water)
Add seasoning and lemon juice/zest, blend.
Slowly add nut milk until it reaches the right consistency (think hummus)
Taste and serve!
Get creative with different spice combinations.

Feta Cheese- Use less nut milk/liquid for a more crumble texture
Nut Spread Cheese- Above recipe
Nut Cheese Sauce- Use a blender, add more nut milk and/or add steamed cauliflower
