Spicy Beet Spread

This recipe is great for: dip, spread on sandwiches, wraps, tacos, and much more!
2 each Medium Red Beets- Washed, Peeled, Cut into Wedges (Save the greens to saute)
1 1/2 Medium Avocado
4-6 Cloves of Garlic
1/2-1 Habanero- Diced (de-seeded)
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper (sub: white pepper)
1/2 Tsp + Pinch Salt
Juice of half a large lemon
In the Food Processor:
-Use the shredding disk to process the beets
-Switch to the blade and blend all ingredients together
-Taste for balance of acid, salt, and fat.
If you do not love garlic, feel free to not add the whole amount :)
If you do not love spicy food, feel free to leave out the Habanero
Always taste your chili pepper before adding it to your food, test for strength of heat.
